Testing or Waiting....

Just curious to see how many people do a HPT as oppose to waiting to see if AF arrives as a way of finding out if they're pregnant.
I know with some HPT you can test before AF is due, so do most people use one of these or just wait and see and then test if their period is quite late?

I tested 4 days before AF was due as I was really irationally angry/cranky and thought it had to be more than just PMS.

With DS though, I tested when I realised that AF was about a week late.

I think some women obsess over testing. I've read many a story on here of women testing for days and being dissapointed when it is a BFN every time till their period arrives.

I just wait for my period to come and if it does'nt then i'll probably go out and buy a test.

I guess if you don't feel right/different then a test won't hurt to rule pregnancy out.

But just obsessing is really unhealthy!
