Could anyone please recommend a good GP (doesn't matter male/female) in South-East Melbourne? Our GP closed his practice :( and I am searching up and low for another good one. I don't require bulk billing but preferably not too expensive either. He/she must be knowledgeble and good with children, return phone calls in case of emergencies, and generally be what is known as a "nice doctor".
Thanks in advance.

Sorry...I can recommend a great GP in Berwick-bit far from East bentliegh. I have a friend who just moved from there though so if no-one else knows of anyone I'll ask my friend (she has 4 children) if she can recommend anyone.:)

Sorry, ladies, I couln't answer yesterday.
I mentioned South-Eastern suburbs, because I live in East Bentleigh but my previous doctor was in Carnegie ant it was OK with me. Of course, if there is one closer to my place then it is great but I woudn't mind 10 drive.
Thanks again.
We go to Dr Lydia Nunes at Brighton Medical Clinic.
26 Carpenter Street, Brighton
Her particular interests include women's health, paediatrics and skin cancers. Another plus of the clinic is there are 12 doctors you can pick from. Just a thought.

Thanks Tulp. Can I ask about her fees?
Am looking at some bills here :
Level C surgery consultation - $100 (when we first found out we were pregnant)
Level B average surgery consultation - $54 (for eczema)
