hi all,

to all the bottle feeding mums i was just wondering what brand of bottle you use. i have been using dr. browns which are great as they take the air out of the teats while feeding but i have at the stage i need a bit faster flow teat and they dont make them. i have used avent but it creates to much wind in bub? woud love to hear what others use for advise.

I just use cheap bottles (skinny ones) but buy these teats from my local chemist that are coloured. I dont know the brand sorry. They have a different colour for each stage. At the moment we are on blue (3-6 mths) but am about to change onto the next stage.

I wish I could remember the brand though  They have been excellent!

I bought avent for my daughter shes nearly 2 and i found them ok except they tend to leak a bit well mine did any way.
I broke the teats so i brought her some cheap ones from coles you got 2 bottles for about $4 and she liked them just as well they are the "Happy Baby" i think

Well good luck anyway:wave:

Ive got Tommee Tippee bottles, cheapies from Big W & cheapies from the chemist in the Happy Baby brand which are the ones that are shaped ( he prefers the shaped bottles now that he holds it himself ).
When it comes to the teats i have to stick with the TT cross cut teats though as these are the only ones Boof has taken to since he was 3wks old.
They are meant to help with colic & wind as they only allow the milk out as they suck which is great as you get no spills either ! They are also great for teething as they have little ridges around the bottom so when they suck it massages their gums. Hard to find at times though so i buy up when i find them especially as there seems to be an abundance of wide neck teats !!!
Good luck i hope you find one that works for you

I started off using the pigeon teats for my darling daughter. I found them very good. But now that she is older I have started buying the happy baby ones. They are quite good and a nice price and if she ruins one I just throw it away and buy some more.

I use the cheap whinney the poo bottles, with nuk teats as Emerald feeds better with nuk.
