Just thought i'd share a recipe with you all that i cooked it was very yummy indeed, if you have a food processor all the better

Chilles red or green
Garlic
onion
Basil
corriander into the food processor bliz well

add your mince meat and bliz again till smooth,

add one egg and cup of breadcrumbs and bliz again

roll in balls and place in the fridge for one hour.

Cook you pasta, and add your sauce into a dish, so pasta covered Maybe 2 jars (optional)

Brown off your meat balls in a frying pan lightly covered in olive oil and once brown add the meatballs into the pasta dish, mix well and sprinkle cheese over and place in a 180 pre heated oven for 40 mins or until you think they are cooked.

Very tasty and nice, for a low fat version, use lean mince, 98% ff pasta sause and Wholemeal pasta - tastes the same and much better for you:thumbsup:

Hope you enjoy:chef:

Hi there,

Just a dolmio sause or any other pasta sause, it really is a very nice meal and easy to make. My DH said it was the best meal he's had in ages :smiliedance: and im not a jamie oliver or anything, infact he loved it that much hes made me make a double batch of meatballs so he can have another one this week;)
