well, we have just finnished painting the walls and they have new disney princess, wall borders, curtains and doona covers.

But they have a plain old white tall boy, and I was wanting to decorate this myself, we were going to buy them a new one, but I figure, its not falling apart, so im going to give it a go, if I stuff it, then we can get a new one.

its not made from wood wood, and its not chipboard either, its that stuff that swells if it gets wet. dont know what its called,

So I was wanting bright colours, yellows pinks, blues, any ideas???

What paint should I use and what would be the best way to put it on??

Anyone else done this??

Sounds cute I'd paint it for sure did u know u can get disney paint, stencils and stamps from big w the paint is too cute in pearl and glitter they also have a black board finish in different colours it's not all that $$ if it just for a few items I painted my old bedroom set for dd and her cot in purple(lightish) and light yellow looks so girly.
I dont know what to do with that type of wood as I have only ever done real wood iykwim ask at bunnings or big w they have people to ask as well u can always google DIY painting chipboard too might have some ideas.
I love redoing old stuff it brings a total new life to things my old stuff looks so different from when i had it so much more funkyer.
