Muffins for me!

Hi ladies

I am looking for any yummy muffin recipes... My little girl loves them and they make a great snack food! Especially when they are cooked in the tiny muffin tins...

So any recipes u ladies can giv me would be great!! :yelclap:

I've found that the absolute best muffins you can make at home are "Betty Crocker's Blueberry Muffins".
You can buy the pack at the supermarket and it has a tin of blueberries in it. You drain the liquid from the blueberries (otherwise your muffins will end up blue!) and stir them through the muffin mix.
The whole house smells so beautiful when the muffins are baking.
I always use 2 packs of the muffin mix so the muffins are bigger, but if you're making the mini-muffins 1 pack would do.
Just don't buy the 'low-fat' type...much better the 'naughty' way!!:thumbsup:
