Hi greenflamingo.

I'm a Shepp mum as well and have a 'just turned 2yo' in my tribe. I just started taking her to a local playgroup so yell out if you want to come. It's a small playgroup and she loves it!

It's on Monday mornings at 9:15 - 12:15 at Gowrie St Playgroup (at the primary school). It's not open over the school holidays though.....starts back up on 20th April. It'll cost you nothing but 50c for a cuppa....just bring a piece of fruit and you're laughing.

Hey,

I'm moving up to Shepparton in a few weeks and would love to meet some mums.
I have a 1 year old son called Jeremy.
It has just been the two of us but we are moving up to be with his dad.
I don't really know anyone in Shepparton and would love to make some new friends.
Im keen to join a play group as well.

Melinda :)

Hi again greenflamingo. I take my kids each Monday so feel free to come along.

Hi Melinda! As I have mentioned, there is a playgroup on Monday mornings at Gowrie St Primary school (North Shepparton) each Monday at 9:15am. I take both my 2yo and 8month old and they love it.....feel free to join us. There is no cost aside from 50c for a cuppa and the cost of a piece of fruit to bring with you for snack time. Also feel free to contact me at any time if you would like to catch up once you have moved here. I know exactly what it's like to move here and not know anyone as I was in the same position a while back.

Hope to meet you both soon.

Judy

Hey Melinda have you moved to Shepp yet? If so send me a message and we can meet up if you like. Then I can introduce you to a playgroup!

Hi bonnibabe. Nice to meet you! I don't get over to Echuca but if you're ever coming to Shepp, yell out.

Hi Zada. How far is Wang from Shepp? An hour or so? I've never driven from here to Wang so I have no idea.

Greenflamingo are you still around? Let me know if you want to meet up too.

All is good here. My little Buddha boy is growing fast and is now playing well with his 2yo sister. It's so cute to watch them together.....until Buddha boy falls over and whinges LOL

Bonnie, I started going to school there in 99, and then satyed in the area all through Uni etc (went to Uni in bendigo) and only moved to shep in 06. I am still trying to convince DP to move there with me, but he says it is too far from his work (Tatura) for him to drive every day :(
I hate Shepparton in comparison!!

Hi. Im new to this forum. I am looking to move to country VIC, where I can rent a property with a few acres. I was thinking Bendigo area but Im not sure. Just wondering if anyone knows of somewhere with good primary schools, TAFE within 30-40 mins and childrens disability services. I am over the VIC/NSW border and its a LONG drive to inspect properties.
