I have got 2 and they are both yum
When I don't have much time I use this one.
Brown 500g mince, then simply add 2 large cans of the Beef & Vegetable Hearty soup cans(Heinz brand), add a good squirt of tomato sauce and there you go. Let it simmer for about 10minutes , pop potato on top, cover with cheese pop in the oven and you are done!!

I have a lovely one, but you need leftover roast lamb to make it... let me know if you still want it and I'll type it out :)

Thanks
I am not the best cook, but i must admit my Shepherds pie rocks.
I have been asked by everyone who tries it for the recipe.
* Put potatos on to cook.
* I use pasta in mine (spirals) it makes it go further. so but that on to cook as well
*Cook your mince in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
*onced fully cooked add a tablespoon of garlic. And spices (I use mixed herbs and all season)
* Then add about 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. 1and1/2 tablespoons of bbq sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of mustard and 1tablespoon of spicey red sauce (it isnt spicey at all)
* If its not saucey enough just add more tomato sauce.
*Drain pasta and add to the the mince. Put into a dish and add a layer of cheese to the top.
*Mash potato like you would spuds, eg milk, butter and salt. get some chopped pasly and very small chopped onion and mix in with the mashdont add to much milk though cause you dont want it runny.
Put potato on top of the mince and spread it out. add a little bit more cheesa on top and put in the oven for 20min on 180 or till the cheese melts.
I normally add things like carrot and corn peas ect..

Very happy to type it out, this recipe begs to be shared; I wouldn't call this a quick and easy one but it is delicious .
Ingredients
750g lean cooked roast lamb
25g butter
2 onions, chopped
3 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder (I think this is pretty optional)
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or more if you love it! You can also add more after it's been served up.)
Potato topping
1/2 cup hot milk
30g butter
4 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
Method
1. Grease a 2 litre casserole dish and preheat oven to 210C. Trim the meat of fat and cut into small cubes. Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the onion and cook until golden.
2. Sprinkle the flour and mustard into the pan and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat, gradually add the stock and stir until smooth. Return to hear, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
3. Add the meat and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and spoon mixture into casserole dish.
4. To make the potato topping, mix the milk and butter (and salt and pepper to taste) into the mashed potato. Spread evenly over the meat and rough up the surface with a fork. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is lightly golden and the pie is completely heated through.
I hope you love it as much as we do! I always use leftovers from a roast, but I'm wondering if you could just buy roast lamb from the deli?

Aah lots of red wine in the pie and to be consumed while making always helps mine;)
