i have a lamb roast that i got on special as it was nearing its useby date (14 bucks on special mind you! )

anywho, i chucked it in the freezer so that it wouldnt go off.

now im curious as to how to defrost it.

i am a bit reluctant to defrost in the microwave, as it defrosts unevenly, and sometimes cooks part of the meat..

whats the best way??

id like to have it tomorrow night :)

thanks

I'd pull it out of the freezer now and sit it on a plate on the sink or bench for a few hours and then tonight put it in the fridge to finish defrosting.

by tomorrow night it should defrost just fine in the fridge. (def. the safest too)
