I'm considering making a bicycle cake for a friend who loves road bikes for his birthday. Has anyone seen one before or have a recipe?

you could try something like

Probably not what you are after but I did a cake for someone once with a toy bike on top.

I did a rectangle shape cake with an icing path weaving across it and green coconut grass on either side of the path. Then just popped the little bike on top. I looked pretty good and was so easy.:)

I put my heart and soul into creating the closest thing to what his bike looks like on top of the cake in the end! I'll share a photo :laughing: it looks sooo bad and disgusting in this photo but it was actually amazing and the wheels are made out of the most amazing cookies I make!
