Hello parents who have chosen delayed vaxing

Can you please tell me why you chose to do this, and how you have decided when to administer the vaccinations?

My 4mo DD was IUGR born at 2.65kg, and at 4mo is still only 4.8kg. She is due for her 2nd round of vax and I feel like she is just SO small still, I am getting a little concerned it might be too much for her body (assuming that the measurement/dose given to "normal" 4mo babies is based on an average weight scale, which is quite a bit heavier than my DD IYKWIM).

She will definitely be vaxed, but I just don't know if I should delay it for a little while?

Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated thanks!

quick post.. will come back later

but one thing that irritates me is that the vax amount is the same for a 4 month old as would be for a 4 year old... it doesn't look at weight/age at all, just goes by the schedule

something to think about

I am a delayed vaxxer btw

I am listening to my instincts.

I weigh it all up too. Once i feel that the benefit of vaxxing is higher then not, then i will :)

I will hold off for as long as i can
