Fairly self-explanatory. No matter how much hot water I put in my bath, or make it ALL hot and no cold water the bottom of my bath tub goes cold really quickly.
Can I put something on the base of it to keep it warm? Its horrible! The water all around me will be warm, but my back and bum go cold on the porcelain.... Brrr!!! Not what I want on a cold winters day! :gloomy:

Hmmmm I would have to say- count yourself lucky being able to find the time to actually lay in the bath in the first place....
I no that feeling though and I would give ANYTHING to experience it again....I love baths...
You can buy suction mats that go in the bottom of the bath. They are the full lenght of the bath- perhaps that would work:detective: .... other than that I have no idea....

Maybe sit on a towel or something?
Would you believe it but I was thinking the same thing last time I was in the bath. Not sure if yours is one that sits out in the open on feet (mine isn't), but I thought if I was to ever build I'd ask if it was possible to insulate underneath the bath before they mount it and tile around it! Not only would it keep the bath hot, but it would help stop the noise you can hear when you go under the water to try to drown out the noise of DH and the kids! Yay! :smiliedance:
Not sure if this will work for you but this is what I do.....
I put just hot water in first so it heats up the porcelain then I put the rest of the water in and have a lovely bath. :)
Good luck :fingerscrossed:
