Hi Hayley,

Im not a single mum, though there are alot of great single mums in the keeping up to date thread, that im sure would love to offer you advice. Sorry to hear that things didnt work out between you and you ex, but you seem strong and determined and its great to hear that you and you ex are working on A friendship.

I am A young mum, I was 18 when I feel pregnant 19 when I had my son, im now 20 and my son is 13 months and im 6 weeks pregnant., so if you would like some advice, I will give all I can :)

Goodluck! And come and chat to us in KUTD

Hi Hayley,

Terribly sorry to hear of your circumstances, i'm Lydia, i'm 20 years old I fell pregnant with my daughter at 18 and had her 2 months after I turned 19. I'm now pregnant with my second child i'm 15 weeks and due in september. I have been a single mum in my parenting journey so I know to an extent what you're going threw, I was single all the way threw my first pregnancy and 5 months after she was born. It's not easy but I think for me particularly I gained alot of self confidence and strength going threw that experience.
We have another due in May mummy in young mum's and also have a little boy who was born on the same day you're due but last year! Come into our chat thread, it is hard to keep up with but the girls are great and you will be suprised how quiclkly you make friends and gain support.

I'm not a single mummy now but I gave birth just after I turned 17 as well and was single at the time :)

I'm 23 now and due with #5 in may :)

Best of luck with the remainder of your pregnancy, not too long to go now!! :)
