I am eight weeks pregnant with my second child, but am starting to worry that something might be wrong, the cramping I had at the start (as well as the ligaments on the side stretching) seem to be occurring a lot more frequently. I had the same pains with my first child, (actually went to the hospital to have it checked and they said it was normal, so I am most likely over reacting). Does anyone else experience this? Its like a mild period cramp. Also my nipples stopped hurting today, which is probably just making me worry more. Have my first ultrasound on wednesday morning but that is so far away!

Hi, I'm currently pregnant with my 2nd too and I've found the stretching pains more painful this time around than the first time, I've had alot more cramping and also had a small bleed & spotting which I never experienced with my first. My breasts are also painfree which is very different than my first where they were sore all the time, yet I didn't make any breast milk. I've just hit the 21 week mark and suddenly apart from the cramping pains I'm feel really good which is very very different to my first pregnancy. Until last week I was really struggling with morning sickness.
