THis is a recipe I used to use (before I got a breadmaker)

Basic Bread

Ingredients
3½ cups of Flour
1 Satchel Yeast (1½ tsp)
1 tsp Bread Improver
320ml Warm Water

Method
Mix dry ingredients, add water.

Knead for 10 minutes, cover and leave in a warm place for an hour.

Punch down and flatten. Shape into a loaf OR into separate buns.

Put dough into oiled/non-stick tray (muffin tray for buns), cover with WET cloth, and leave for an hour.

Put straight into a hot oven (180°C) and cook for 40 minutes

MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm :chef:
