At what point in your cycle did you get a BFP? Before your AF or after?

How did you get your BFP? Home pregnancy test or blood test?

Love to hear your experiences.

Hello i got my BFP 9 days past ovulation which is very early I did a fortel Hpt and then rang my Ob who order me a Hcg blood test to confirm, with my 1st and 2nd pregnancies i didn't get a BFP until 14DPO i had done hpt earlier with BFN's

Hi,

With my 1st I had a really irregular cycle so I found out when I was 7 weeks pregnant.

My 2nd I found out a week before AF was due. I used a HPT - actually I used about 6 of them as I couldn't believe it...

Cheers
Paula

I had missed AF and did a HPT at about 5 weeks and it came up negetive even though I was sure I was pregnant.

I did another one a week later and got a positive!! :p

With my first it was 4 days after AF was due

With my second it was the day before

Both home hpts although the first was confirmed with a blood test. Second time round my doc said it wasn't necessary...
