Has anyone had central heating installed in their home? What is a reasonable price for a three bedroom brick home? I could only find one price on the net for about $5000.... Also any idea how long is needed for installation...would it be done in a week?

A afriend got theirs done in Summer and it was around $3,000 - 3 bed brick home. I would look at doing it asap, before winter hits.

That's a good point- getting it in before winter.

We are looking at buying a house, but it only has a wall heater and it's in a cold area...so just trying to get an idea of what cost would be involved...

Is there a difference between 'central heating' and 'ducted heating'?

Dont know about the difference but just had ducted done and it was just under $2000 for a 3 bedroom brick (7 outlets) it's awsome my old one was like 30 years old so anything would be good but it heats the whole house in 5min:D

Hi guys!

Installing a central heating system is a very skilful job and requires full knowledge about the technique. We are offering £350 off any new central heating installations (http://www.ukgasheating.co.uk).

Your travel time might push the quote out a little, pal.
