BBT charting?

Hi there
I was wondering if anyone has been charting their temps for TTC, and ended up pregnant, but not had a clear rise on their chart, but know that they ovulated from ferning and CP and CM?
I am sure i had ovulated two days ago from full ferning and CP and CM, and temp went up, but today it has gone down again. Is charting really 100% accurate and exact?

I also had a little tinged CM on fri and early this morning too

I was thinking of asking this exact question. Doula - did you look through the chart gallery on fertility friend?

your chart can have a 'step back rise' where you will get one high temp and then it falls back low again but then it continues (and stays) high... see what your temp does tomorrow to be sure your BBT is not showing your ovulation.
