Hi all Melbourne mummies,
We'd love to have another meet up, perhaps in the city...ideas please girls.
ATM I am working full time, so only weekends suit but holidays are only four weeks away!
Hope to see some new mummies in here too!

I would love to meet up again, but as DF has been working alot lately and she is sleeping when he is home most times so we only really have weekends for Family time (he is missing Jessica alot).
So if we could wait until school holidays that would be great. City area is ok, central is good for all of us, but if someone knows a good place with plenty of parking that would be good. (not sure of anything myself).
Look forward to what others have to say.
I agree...school holidays sounds like a good idea :)
Tuesdays and Thursdays are best for us.
Sounds great I would love to meet you girls!!! School holidays are best for me too as I have DD1 & 2 at kinder this year so it's kind of crazy
I'm about an hour form the city so around the city would be good for me. Look forward to hearing from you :flowerz:

Forgot to say Friday's are Not Good for me we have something on at 10am and 2pm.
Jessica has swimming Tuesdays but they dont run during School holidays anyway.
What days suit others?
Any day on the holidays suits me...Tuesdays suit Alison so could we make it Tuesday April 8th, say 11am somewhere in the city. How about at Melbourne Central, near the big clock...I plan to train it in so there's a station right there. Any protests?
Are there any play centres around Melbourne city??? Just thinking of us that have older kids as well and keeping them entertained also :confused:

Didn't even think about the older kids...duh! I've googled play centres in the city but haven't had much luck...anyone else got any ideas?
A play centre would be good for entertaining Lizzie while we chat. She sometimes likes to run away (just far enough to see what I will do :hair:) so a play centre would be safer for us.
If Lissa has to come from Geelong then something easily accessible from the ring road? Here is a list of playcentres from bubhub....

I've never been to that one but williamstown is reasonably close for us :)

Hi Beaniebabez, cragieburn is about 25-30 min from where i live so not really that close, but you should join us for the meet up too.
Williamstown is great for me too.

I think they will probably charge us...maybe we can convince them that the littlies are younger than they really are!!!
Lissa, would you mind booking a table...I'm not sure how many of us there are. I'm going to bring my friend Megean, she has a little boy called Axel, he's the same age as our littlies. I hope nobody minds!

Mel don't think they will charge for under 1yr they usually don't at playcentres I guess they figure they will make money out of you at the cafe :rolleyes:
