Crumb them, coat them in a herb or spice rub, or my fave mix a bit of mustard with some mayo and bake them until done. Yummo!!!!

I do sweet soy drumsticks and wings. I guess it's just a marinade but it is so yum!
Just some sweet soy like ketchup manis, It's really cheap from asian groceries but failling that some normal soy sauce with honey is fine.
Just throw the drumsticks/wings in a plastic bag with heaps of the ketchup manis/soy+honey, some grated ginger, some chopped or grated garlic, you can leave it for a few hours or overnight.
I actually buy a few kilos and freeze it in bags with the marinade in so when I thaw it out I can BBQ it or pop it in the oven.
Coat them in a mixture of mayonnaise, with a little curry powder added and then roll in breadcrumbs... Crunchy and Yummy! :)
