DS is 16 months and has about 9 or 10 teeth. The problem is that they are all growing on one side of his mouth (his left side) and there is not one inkling of a tooth on his right side. Should I be worried? I thought that all teeth came out in pairs on opposing sides of your mouth. DS only has teeth growing on one side.

He has his 4 middle top teeth, his 2 bottom middle teeth, then 2 teeth (top and bottom) which are next to his middle teeth and are both on his LHS, his top and bottom fang teeth also on his LHS and he looks like he is getting the first of his bottom molar teeth again on his left side. What on earth is going on? Its just weird, especially seeings his bottom gum on his right side looks like it did 8 months ago when he had no teeth yet.

sorry i dont have any idea about what is right or wrong as far as teeth coming through.

maybe as ur CHN or enquire at the counter at the dentist to see if u can get a bit of free info without having to pay for the consult.

how cute are the little bubs teeth tho :) my little one is about to cut his second tooth (both are up top) So cute

That does sound a little odd.

Not sure if its something to really WORRY about.. But yeah, I'd take him to get seen by someone.. JIC.

Our DD is a cross cutter. She still has no top front teeth. She has 10 teeth at 18 months and got her first one at 15 months!
