Hey everybody,
I've started a boot camp today and am in the TWW. We have to hand in a health info sheet, and one of the questions is, are you currently TTC, to which i wrote yes.
Now I was wondering, does anybody know how much is too much when TTC???

Hrm I don't know but was worried about the same thing during Netball Pre season!
But I dod want to say you are one brave girl for doing Bootcamp!!!

I think you only need to worry about it if you're keeping your body temperature and heart rate elevated for long periods of time. Like running for hours. A 1 hour session shouldn't be an issue unless you are really unfit and going straight into very strenuous exercise.
After you get pregnant you probably need to get advice specifically for your situation.

It definately was eastern beach hills.. and that bloody staircase... had to drag myself up it on monday! But felt so good afterwards. I just feel awkward telling a stranger that I'm TTC.

I've asked my doc about this and he says GO FOR IT!
Exercising whilst ttc is a good thing.
I particuarly asked him about heart rate... and he said having a high heart rate wont effect anything its your body temperature.
So when you are pregnant, just watch how hot you feel. Make sure you are drinking water, and if you start to feel light headed or anthing unusual then stop

My Partner is a PT and I used to run those stairs 10 times 3 times a week, cursing him every step!!! lol
I know what you mean about telling someone you are TTC, I haven't even told anyone about it thats how awkward I feel!!
