Kitchen tea ideas!!

Although i am not a bridesmaid i have been asked to put on a kitchen tea for my friend the bride. ( i am helping her mum out as she wants one but is too sick to run it)
I would love some ideas!!!! I want it to be really special.

So far...
-i am making a really funky cake (pink cup cakes with teacups on them with a fondant cake at the top of the stand)
-it is in my back yard
-going for a pink and green theme
-we are having a jewelery maker come and demonstrate her stuff.

so i am not looking for any games but ideas on decoration, food and particularly cheep drinks.

ta in advance, i know my gorgeous bub hubbers will have some brilliant ideas!! (even if i dont come in this section much )

You could have Guava and Champagne cocktails - which are pinkish.

And I mostly replied because for my sisters kitchen tea we had everyone give us a favorite recipe and we put them into a book & gave it to her. So now she has all the recipes from her favorite people.
