I know that there are many Ergo lovers on BH, so I am hoping someone can tell me how to position my DS feet and legs as a newborn?
I did try and seemed to squish them and I worry about them losing circulation and such :o
ps, I lost my instruction cd

nm ! i just realised the ergo website has the dvd instructions :p
plus i was trying to put my baby in the wrong way, i didnt realise his legs had to go to one side.
LOL glad you figured it out, there was a thread about the newborn insert the other day and someone was saying to wrap them in it like a taco haha.
It takes a few goes, I make sure bub has his butt in line with my belly button so that his legs don't dangle out the side too far because sometimes his legs go purple if they do.
i don't like the insert, i do the 'froggy'.
i hold him to me with his legs folded under his bum then do up the straps. then i reach in and pul his crossed legs towards my tummy so his bum falls into the pouch bit.
there is a website called 'the ergo lady' which is good.
Hmm might have to try that one M, I didn't think of crossing his legs inside!
