Up until about 2 weeks ago when my daughter learned to roll over she was a great little sleeper and would mostly sleep all night log.
Now when I put her into bed he first thing she does is roll over. She does seem quite comfy sleeping on her belly and will go straight to sleep. However, during the night she manages to creep right the way up to the top of the cot. When she can't get any further and knocks her head against the end she will wake up very irritated and difficult to settle back to sleep. The only way is the only way is with some milk but I know by the 2nd or 3rd time she can't be hungry any more
it seems to be getting progressively worse and last night she woke 4 or 5 times. I have thought about using a bumper around the cot but I still think she would get to the point where she can't get any further and still wake up. I find myself watching her during the night to see when she is getting close to the end and then moving her back down the cot again.
I am getting next to no sleep and also have a three year old to contend with during the day so naps are not an option to catch up on sleep.
I know it is just a developmental thing but can't see how she will be able to move herself backwards for quite sometime.
Has anyone experienced anything similar ad found a way to help things??
