two months late???

I am in need of some answers??? It has been 8 weeks since my last AF and have been ttc for the last month. Have become obsessed with hpt and they have all been :bfn:. No real reason why Af has gone awol? Never had probs before. Have had a blood test today and going crazy waiting for result - back tomorrow. Anyone else had same experience? :confused::fingerscrossed:

a friend of mine does not come up positive on home preg tests but is 7 weeks preg by blood test, so as much as i thought that it was not possible for this to happen - it is!

(immediately after she got the results i asked her to do a home test again and it was neg - i could not believe it)

Is you AF normally regular?
I hope hope you get your blood test results soon to say that you are preg! :)

Yes they are regular. Not sure what to do if I get a negative tomorrow. I just can't explain the absence of Af. No stress in my life, not under or over weight, I've been over all the usuall reasoning for awol periods????weird, its mother nature and she's freaking with my mind!:confused:

Hi I'm going through the same thing, the only causes I've come up with so far are coming off the pill and the possibility :fingerscrossed: that the tests are not picking it up. It may not help but I'm right here with you, Good Luck.

Last yr my AF went MIA and i ended up with a 158 day cycle (i'd already had five 'normalish' cycles off the pill). I had no stress, wasn't over/underweight etc... I ended up getting dx PCOS, but after AF finally arrived DH and I fell pregnant first cycle that we DTD at the right time... So even a dx of PCOS isn't the end of the world...

I hope ur BT gives some insight into whats going on.

I'm the same as Trixie last year i had 127 day cycle which only ended cause i was given meds to bring on af was dx with PCOS too.

Thanks for your replies ladies, sadly the news was as I expected - negative. Not happy Jan! I am going back to doc's, bugger waiting another month. Will probably take me four weeks to get into a gyno anyway!:(
