7 days late

this is the first month we have been ttc and i am 7 days late for my period. this is also the first month off the pill. my last period was the 22nd Jan when i stopped the pill. i have taken 2 preggas tests and both were negative. is it common for your periods to be very late when you first come off the pill or should i go see my doctor now? so confusing.:confused:

I was the same this month but unfortunatly AF decided to show up today (7 days late), I have read that when you come off the pill your cycles take a while to adjust, this is my 3rd month off and so far my cycles have been 28 days, 30 days and now 37.

It might pay to go to the doctor though and get a blood test casue I do have a friend who took two weeks to get a :bfp: and she had twins.

Hi...

In my first month off the pill I had a 71 day cycle! I was really concerned but my doctor said it wasnt really abnormal and that it can take a while for our bodies to readjust!

Good luck - I hope you dont have as long a cycle as I did and that things sort out quickly so you can get a BFP!
