Hello Everybody
Just wondering if somebody could tell me .... I have been off the pill for two years and ttc with no luck Af ranges from 30 to 40days, The question is can i go back on the pill for one month cycle and stopping to get them back to 28 days? would that work or would it stuff it up again

I wouldn't do that, might stuff it up more

are you seeing a FS yet? if your not, might pay to see one, you may not be ovulating at all (which could explain the long cycles)

there is a herbal thing you can take, its called chasteberry tree or vitex, taking this can help regulate your cycles, i've also heard evening primrose can help as well

as I understand it, it probably won't hurt your cycle, but probably won't really help it either.
When you have a "period" on the pill its actually just a withdrawal bleed, not a real period so even though you may get AF after 28 days on the pill, the next month you will probably be back on your own body calendar of 30-40 days.

there's probably other things you can take to try and reduce your cycle length, like vitex, but make sure you ask your doctors opinion because not everyone agrees with that.

good luck. I know how frustrating it is!!
