I need some ideas for a chicken dish done in the slow cooker.

Got about 3 chicken breast fillets

Chicken breasts in the slow cooker can get all dry and nasty if cooked too long, so don't leave them on all day.

I like this one, I usually use a whole chook or mixed chicken pieces though.

1 chook, or 1kg chicken pieces
1 onion chopped big
1 lemon, juice and zest ONLY
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp chicken stock powder or salt.

brown chicken pieces in frypan, put in slow cooker with other ingredients.

Cook on low until chicken is falling apart tender. DO NOT STIR or disturb during cooking process.

The lemon and milk form a curd-like cheesy sauce that is just delicious.

DON'T be tempted just to chop the lemon into the dish. The pith makes it bitter and inedible.

so if chickens on low how long should it be in the slow cooker (preferably drumsticks) but also the breast
