Good family health books

I am looking for a good family health book, just something that has general medical info and things like vital signs

I actually have a book called Encyclopedia of Family Health and First Aid (by De Susan Lipscombe and 3 other doctors) - Its got everything from removing splinters to how to assist a heart attack till the paramedics get there!

I got it from one of those book club type things that come around work, but you could probably get it from Amazon or FishPond.

Its very good, Ive pulled it out many a time, even has a section on pregnancy, birth, and PND! :D Had childhood illnesses, etc. Its a very comprehensive book.

I've got a good one called the Reader's Digest Good Health Fact Book.

Mine's outdated by about 10 years, but I'm sure there will be a revised edition.
