Hi there,
I just returned to work as a Librarian at a govt. department in Brisvegas, currently working two days a week but increasing to three days in July. My children are 4 and 13 months - they go to a daycare centre in Windsor at the moment but I haven't been too impressed with the centre so they are moving to one at Clayfield in July when I start 3 days. Returning to work has been really great as it is a job I had 6 years ago so I knew all the staff etc. - I do experience that certain level of guilt however over sending my children to daycare but I really feel that personally I am enjoying having that balance between working and spending time with my kids.

cheers,
Lou (33)

DH (34)
DD (4)
DS (13mths)

I work 2 days per week as a professional counsellor in private practice on the bayside. My (nearly 10mth) DD is looked after my her grandmothers, each taking her for one day. My hours are variable, so it helps that they are so flexible.

I work 3 days a week in retail in the shellharbour area.
I have worked there for 6 years and its not great but as long as I get paid every week it is fine by me.
I must be the luckiest person because my wonderful mother is a family day carer how good is that.
However my 5 year old is in preschool 2 days a week to get him used to different people and environments. My 2 1/2 year old will start after christmas one day a week.
It is sometimes a struggle with kids and work but it is our life and we do the best we can.

I went back to work in April.

I was working at Cotton on as a sales assistant, but left 2 weeks ago when I got a job at Pumpkin Patch!! :)

I'm a casual, but I work monday to friday(no more weekends! woohoo!) and I work a minimum of 25 hours a week. I am still on my 3 month probation, so I will probably go part time afterwards(I work part time hours as it is).

I love it there, they are so understanding about family etc.

Edited to add; I work in Perth at Harbour Town.

I am back working full-time and have ds (18 mths) in childcare 4 days and home with dh one day (dh is working from home). It is ok but I am expected to do overtime (like a 12 hour day today - Sunday) which isn't so good. I try and spend quality time with ds when I am at home, but the juggling does get difficult. My husbands and my roles seem to have reversed (I didn't work until ds was 15 months) - which isn't such a bad thing.

I work fulltime in the Public Service.

When I had my first DD I went back to work 3days when she was 10mths old.

When I had my second DD I went back to work fulltime when she was 4mths old.

It's really hard juggling work, children, house stuff but I get there.

Hi,
I'm about to turn 35 and have a beautiful boy aged 7 and a gorgeous girl aged 6. We thought life was just settling in to our careers (I am a small business owner). We thought we had finished having babies until BANG here we are again!! Hubby and me are bouncing from pure delight to dreaded fear perhaps its the hormones, thats my excuse. I was hoping there is someone out there who might understand how I'm feeling.
Any one??

I'm a fulltime working mum. I had to go back to work when DD was 3 months old due to financial reasons. I would prefer to be a SAHM but having 2 mortgages I cannot due that.
