slippers

Hi, I'm after a pair of slippers for my 1-year-old DD. We have tiled floors in our living area at home and with the cold weather, even though she has socks on and the heater is on, her little feet are still cold. She has pre-walker shoes, but I want something a little more casual than that which she can wear at home. I have been looking around but can't seem to find a decent pair that will stay on her feet. Does any one have any suggestions?

I bought a great pair of Dorothy the dinosaur slippers for my daughter. They look like boots and have velcro round the ankle but they are made of the slipper material. I bought these from Kmart. Maybe try Payless Shoes!

Having said that, my daughter is now 17 months and doesnt like having slippers or shoes or socks on at all...But hey it was good while it lasted!

I bought a pair of really warm slippers for DS from K-mart. They are lovely and soft on top, have sheepskin around the back, a flexible sole and a big velcro flap which is really easy to do up.

It was about a month ago that I found them though.

I bought Cj a pair of Ugg boot style slippers. Elmo ones!! They are excellent!

I got DD a cute little pink pair from Payless Shoes the other day.They have fur inside and velcro fasteners,softish soles,and they were only $10.:thumbsup:

I've always bought my kids slipper's from K-Mart. :thumbsup:
They have a great (huge) range of really warm and cool looking one's.

Make sure you try before you buy, I can't remember how many times I have had to take a pair back that doesn't fit properly!

I got a cool pair of wiggles ones for my 16mnth old son about a month ago from kmart. he loves them and there good for walking in, the way he clonks along i think he likes the sound they make. They also have a good wide velcro band around the top over the foot so easy to put on.
