Hayley is out of nappies completely now (apart from when she/we stay at other peoples' house just in case she wets the bed). What I do is take her to the toilet before bed (she doesn't always go though) and then just before I go to bed (around 10:30-11pm) I sit her on the toilet, though I don't actually wake her up, she is still half asleep when I sit her on there.

What I want to know is how long I have to keep doing this for? I have tried getting her to wake up herself and go to the toilet (I leave the lights on) but if I don't take her she won't go and she wets the bed (not all the time though).

Am I still going to have to put her on the toilet when shes in school or what?

Thanks.

I did this with my DS when I was night training. No set time, if I was in his room(the boys share) and he stirred if I was checking DS2 I ask if he wanted the toilet, he'd nod and I'd pop him on as you do. I only did it for a few weeks. I just started to leave him and see how he went and he is making the whole night dry without the wake up call. Could you leave her and see how she goes or will she wet each time you don't take her.
Is she regularly in a night nappy, like once a week or something. If she is night trained at home I'd ditch the nappies completely even when she is away from home. Otherwise she may get confused about some nights a nappy, some nights not iykwim.
We had accidents every second night when first starting, right when he woke in the morning. Now he is more aware he can hold on better. I suppose as with anything toilet training related time is the key. Sounds like she is doing well though.:flowerz:
