Can I ask a silly question? What's the ANN festival? :o

There is no ANN festival as such although the ANN does put together Reusable Nappy Week in October, we are just taking part in some up coming festivals.
The ANN is the Australian Nappy Network, it is a not for profit group that promotes the use of cloth nappies in Australia. You can check out our website for details. Those of us involved in the ANN are all Mums and Dads volunteering our time to spread the word and make cloth more mainstream. We are very shorthanded though so at the moment all the work is being carried by a small number of people, we would dearly love anyone who is keen to help others find out about cloth to lend a hand (not just with events but with day to day running and projects), it doesnt matter whether you can do a lot or just a little, it all helps. We have a planning forum so if you would like to know more feel free to PM me and I will give you a link.
Also printing brochures (we have MCN brochures available on Ozebaby that you can order for free to help you in your own advocacy activites, to pass on the MCH clinics etc), booking events, paying PL insurance, getting projects up and running all take $$$ so I also encourage everyone to become a member (this doesnt obligate you to help out), there is membership info on our website.
I have put my name down for the Sun Fair(as it's the only one that my hubby is home for to mind my older kids! lol).

Hey Mich,
will there be nappies available for sale or is it just general nappy info?
Sorry I didnt see the question. No, no nappies for sale its an advocacy / information stall only.

Hi Mich
Would be interested in helping out with the Brisbane stall - what does it involve?

You can pm me through here for details. But basically we just need some hand to help us at the stand for a 2 hour stint - the hours at Greenfest are quite long and we'd love to be able to spread the load.
