where are my itti bittis?

hello,

so i ordered a trial pack of itti bittis probably about 2 weeks ago now, and they have not arrived :gloomy:

after a week i emailed her and she said to wait around, but then she sent me another pack last friday and still nothing! i really have no idea why they are getting lost in the mail. i have definitley given her the right address and everything.

is there anyway i can track it if it wasnt thru registered post or anything? i know this may seem dumb question but i want to make sure they def arent around before i email the itti bitti ppl again cause im afraid they might think im ripping them off.

(also, not sure if this is the correct place to post this but couldnt think of where else it would go, feel free to move it)

Hmmmmmm....can't really help you out, but evey time I order from Itti Bitti my package arrives in 2 or 3 days, so there must be a problem with the postal service for you to wait 2 weeks.

maybe contact the post office and see if they have any delays in their deliveries.

Did they come in the mail yesterday?

My kidlets love it when mummy gets fluffy mail I never get any lollies casue they eat them all but sometimes Sue will pop in a soap :hugs:

Has it turned up yet? My Itti parcels always arrive within 4 or 5 days. If the parcel was sent on Friday then the weekend might have slowed things down so fingers crossed that they arrive today.

Check with the post office too - I once had a b'day present for my daughter go missing and it was sitting at the post office - not sure what happened but I definetly didn't get the usual card in the letter box to say that is waiting for collection at the post office.

I was going to say maybe check the post office. Did you get any red cards in your mail box?? My postie now leaves my fluffy mail in a special hiding place ( I was getting that much at one stage!) if Im not home because he knows it is hard for me to get to the post office.
I have nothing but the highest praise for the itti team so they will have posted the nappies if they say they did. Good luck!!

My postie leaves them with our next door neighbour cause they are always home :yes:

Someone's not swiping your mail are they? Sometimes our postie gets lazy and neglects to leave a card in the letter box if the parcel is too big to deliver. Fortunately we also have a PO box at our local post office so the folks down there leave us notes in our PO box if it doesn't get delivered to the house. I always get my parcels (and any important mail, where possible) delivered to the PO Box anyway, because we were having problems with our mail getting nicked, left on the footpath outside the front gate or getting tossed over the fence into the garden by the lousy postie we had for ages. Really sucked when it was raining :(

sorry been lazy on the update... but no! still no itti's. dp recieved a parcel yesterday so there is def something weird going on. i tried calling the local post office but australia post phone line is hopeless. im hoping that it is just sitting in the post office :fingerscrossed: so when i go to pick up dp's parcel tomorrow i will ask them. if its not there i will email the company again and maybe ask them to try a different address, my mums or something.

thanks for the suggestions tho! ill let u know if they come thru.
