Is this really a pregnancy sympton?

Hi all,

I have been TTC since Feb and always have been getting BFN results. My AF is due today but for about a week now I have needed to get up in the middle of the night and go to the toilet, this is weird because I never did have to before it just started and has been going constantly for a week. I also have a sore lower back, especially if I slouch and don't sit up straight. Are these two symptoms really signs of early pregnancy? I have had two other children but don't remember getting these symptoms till towards the end of the pregnancy.

The midnight peeing was my first clue! I haven't had a full nights sleep since and that started STRAIGHT away, and I mean like THE DAY AFTER.

This might be TMI but I also had that but this can also occur if you are stressed.

Something about pressure on the bladder before the uterus emerges over the pubic bone??

deffinately a sign, and the lower back pain as well, my chiro told me that the slightest increase in the position of the uterus can cause backpain... good luck, hope this is it for you.
