Puregon and Ovulation

Hello!

I've recently started an IUI cycle with injections...so far I am on CD15, injecting 50 units of Puregon each night. The FS has just increased the dose to 75 because so far I haven't responded at all.

Anyway...just wondering for those who have used Puregon, when did they ovulate?

hun hugs don't let it get to you. My fs uped my doasage every cycle i was on. In the end and when i fell preggers i was just over 100ui.

Each cycle i found that i got longer and longer to o. Just let your bady do its job and try not to worry. See what the fs tells you ok. lots of hugs.

Fs told mw that it would take me a while to get to the correct dosage to have my body react correctly too.

Don't worry - It took me a couple of cycles to get the right levels and they are more inclined to be cautious so that they don't overstimulate you. Try not to worry too much - I'm sure your FS will get the right combination for you. I know how hard it is to be patient.
