it doesnt add up ???

i just recieved a new child support assesment and im confused
it doesnt add up
it says daily =$11.94
weekly = 83.60
fortnightly =$167.20
monthly $363.50
and says that i am ment to get $4362 a year from the ex
but he pays me fortnightly which we agree to but that means he only pays $4347.20 a year
but if you add up if he paid it monthly then its adds up to the right amount

i rang csa and asked and i got told " thats just the way it is "
i mean i know its not out by much but can anyone shed some light on why ??

ours was always the same. I could never work out why there was a difference but somehow it was correct according to CSA.

Well I got it a BIT closer in figures.

If you divide 365 by 7 it equals 52.14285714

then that divided by 2 is 26.07142857 so that is how many "fortnights" there are really.

26.07142857 times by $167.20 = $4359.142857 per year.

Still out by $3 but i figure it must be in the details somewhere.
