Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do? Did it pass? I am 20 weeks and have been over morning sickness since 16 weeks, but I wake up in the mornings now with blocked sinuses and often have to throw up. My ob says blocked sinuses is a common pregnancy symptom and there is little I can do except try Fess or hayfever medication like Rhinocort. None of these seem to help much. Help!

I had nasal congestion too, as well as the nausea to go with it, NO FUN! Especially after morning sickness, you think you would get a break! The nausea is from the nasal fluid dripping down your throat and isn't friendly to your stomach, so your body wants to get rid of it:barf:, yukky, I'm sure you know about that anyway. I just tried to get rid of the congestion before it got a chance to go to my stomach by using the Fess spray, using steam helped too, inhaling Vicks chest rub helped me at night when I was trying to sleep (Nasal congestion is worse at night and when you are lying down I found.) I found the congestion came and went for my whole pregnancy, hope yours goes soon!

I was unlucky thru my pregnancy getting a heap of txt book pregnancy symptoms so I got no breaks
I started with morning:barf:than I got the sinus alos! Sorry to say but I found mine also came and went right thru . I had the fess also wich did not do much but drip down the back of my throat and taste disgusting but there was nothing else they would give me. I than got capel tunnel in my wrist! and sciatic pain in my back and servere swelling and pimples on my face LOL!
I did not enjoy being pregnant at all! But its all worth it and I would go through all of it again just like that. All the best and I hope you get know more horrible pregnancy symptoms.
