View Full Version : PMS AFTER your period???? Huh??

This is really weird for me, but I have been getting PMS after my period finishes instead of before!! (General bloating, irritable, lower back ache, fatigue, cramps, etc.) Just wanting to know if anyone else gets this and if it is normal? :confused:

Yeah I get this too - it's your ovaries kicking into gear to release an egg. One of the joys eh. Going on the pill should reduce it (didn't totally get rid of it for me though)

I get it too - always have - and I always ovulate about 7 days after my period!

Yeah I'm wondering if my ovulation patterns are/have changed after DS2 and that is why this is happening!

Could be hon ... that's why I used to get so confused with people saying you ovulate on day 14, because I always ovulated early which is probably how i ended up pregnant, not truly believing and understanding that everyone is different!

My periods have changed since giving birth, it's like i'm a teenager again! But I still got what I call AMS (After Menstrual Stress / Syndrome) and I still ovulate 7 days after my period ends!
