Ok ladies, 4 weeks to go, I thought I would start a food diary thread for anybody interested.

B - 1 Vita Brit, 1/3 cup All Bran, Lite Milk, Coffee

S - Tea, Cruskits

L - Chicken & Brown rice, Fruche

S - Plain pikelet

D - Vindaloo Curry & 1/3 cup rice

I have 32 points to use per day.


TUESDAY:
B - cereal & milk (4pts)
S - coffee & 10 rice crackers (2pts) + a carrot (0) = 6
L - 2 slices toast (2), 25gm cheese (2), 50gm lite ham (1), 10gm WW may (.5), salad (0) + diet Pepsi = 5.5 = 11.5
S - 1 apricot (.5), 200gm light yoghurt (2) = 14
D - :o Med. Fries (5), Lean Beef Burger (4.5), 5 nuggets + .25 sauce (5), diet coke (0) = 14.5 = 28.5
S - coffee (1.5) & moo icecream (2.5) = 4 = 32.5
Daily Used = 32.5
Intentional Exercise = walk & swim for 1 hour, low intensity = + 2.5
Total Saved = 2

Cass do you use sugar in your coffee??

Sometimes I use sugar, depending on my mood. Sometimes I just use equal. Why?

Thank you for this particular thread. I was going to ask hubby home for lunch, and get him to grab Maccas on the way. Then I though "oh, how do I explain that to the BH girls??" Changed my mind and had a ham and salad sandwich. Very yummy too!

Good on you for saying no to Maccas :yelclap: Feels good doesn't it? I said no to Arnotts Assorted Cream biscuits at Playgroup today. Go me!

S - 14 rice crackers (1.5), salsa (0), celery (0) & Carrot (0) + coffee (1) = 2.5 = 6.5pt
L - mountain bread x 2 (2), 30gm light cheese (2.5), 50gm light ham (1), WW mayo (.5), pointfree salad = 6 = 12.5
S - 1 stick of "Fling" bar (2), 2pkt vege chips (3), apple (1), 2 WW bickies (1) = 7 = 19.5
D - 1 chop (3.5), 1 snag (4), sauce (.5), mashed spud (2?), corn (.5), pt free vegies (0) = 10.5 = 30
S - n/a
Daily Used = 30
Intentional Exercise = 1hr moderate-high walk - +4.5
Total Saved = 6.5
