Hi,
I am just starting to teach my LO to settle herself to sleep using a reasonably soft version of CC and am wondering if picking her up when she completely loses it will be OK or will it undo all our good work? I have read it is best not to pick them up but when she won't calm down at all in the cot I don't know what else to do.
