Just wondering if anyone has a recipe to make homemade rusks from scratch. I can't find one.

I thought about just using bread but didn't know what one as so many types with additives, sugar etc so would like to make them myself. Or if you have a specific bread which is suitable would like to know.

Any recipes would be fantastic.:D hope someone can help.
