I have a 2 and a 3 year old that sleeps in our bed nearly every night.
I personally have no problem with this as to me it feels natural to have them close to you when they are so little.
I actually read in the local paper the other day about an American Study that thinks it is benefitial for young children to be welcomed into their parents bed.
The Australian Tresillian people disagreed with this study.
I feel like I am the only person around that has no issue about what bed the boys end up in at night.
Both my boys have their own beds and if they fall asleep I put them in by themselves but they usually wake and it is fine with me if they jump into my bed.
What do you guys think, or am I still the minority?;)

Nope, your not alone at all. There is a section on here called the Attachment Parenting section, you'll probably feel right at home
Can I ask - do you have a sex life?

Can I ask - do you have a sex life?It seems like the answer to that is obvious as she has more than 1 child!! Besides sex in the bedroom is boring ;)
Actually, I seem to forget what 'sex' is...can someone remind me?

Tha majority of the world still sleep as a family, only us silly western developed countries think that people should sleep alone.
And Carls, there is no rule that you have to have sex in bed, lol!
You are normal. We used to have three in the bed at one stage. Now, most nights it's only one - but gee she takes up the space of three! Lol...

I don't think Carls is question is that silly. I know of a mum that has a 3yr old DD and 4 yr old DS that sleep in the bed with her and DH and they are TTC #3, so I also wonder how does that work? Do you wait till their asleep to have sex? Sorry, I have no problem with cosleeping young infants and toddlers, but sometimes mummy and daddy need their own space and privacy ;)

Yep, wait til they are asleep, then go do it in the loungeroom
OMG I'm so embarrassed. You all must think that I'm Miss Boring Sex 2006. Well actually, I'm Miss No Sex 2006, so even the bed would be good.
I think I'm getting off track, sorry :)

I am actually pregnant with baby number 3. So the answer is yes to your question!!
I feel that nighttime is for sleep and I do that in bed
Daytime is for activity
IYKWIM?
I am an advocate for co-sleeping and I think it makes the child feel secure.
