Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to clear a few things up. Was wondering if you could please let me know if you find flushable liners enough to stop nappy rash creams from getting on the nappy?
Also I was also wondering if they are useful on newborns? Do they help contain the poos and protect the nappy?

Thanks heaps,
Danni :)

Not sure about newborns, or the cream.. It will depend on which cream you use.

I use something called Coram's Nappy Rash paste and that has not gotten on the nappies once.

The flushable nappy liners I have found best are the Bummis ones.
I had some Eenees and now some Natures Child ones.. But the Bummis are the softest by far.

I emailed BBH and they said you could use disposable liners with cream.

Nibs can I ask where you got your Bummis from? I'm currently shopping around for liners (will have a mixture of disposable and reusuable). I've sourced the other two brands you mentioned (both online and in a shop in the city), but some of these flushable types can be hard to find. They all seem to be fairly comparable re price. Thanks :)

When I was organising what to get and from where, I did myself up a little spreadsheet with prices and availability of the products I was interested in.

As of when I made my list, Bummis nappy liners were available from BabyBlossom, WeeWuns, Nature's Cradle, BabyEcoStore, and BabySoftLandings.

There is a little bit of a price difference between them, but it's negligible compared with shipping - I just went with the store that I ended up buying nappy covers from.

Hope that helps!

I believe I got mine from Nurture Nappies.

I don't know about price, but I do know I won't be buying the Eenies or the Nature's Child ones again. I was so disappointed, since I heard someone here say that the Nature's Child were the softest, but I haven't found this to be the case.
