I am just wanting to know if anyone else's bub has gotten nappy rash in MCN and if there is anything you can do apart from go back to sposies.
My friend bought 12 BB magicalls for her bub and for the first few weeks they were fine. But now everytime she puts one on her DD, she breaks out in the worst nappy rash. It is so bad that it blisters.
As soon as she goes back to sposies it clears up until she puts cloth on her again. I am an MCN user too but have never had this problem - so I don't know how to help.

Can anyone help? She really does not want to have to give up and sell them. :hair:

TIA :)

Some people find that the BBH need a liner, like a microfibre one to keep the moisture away from bubs bottom.

Personally, when DD got a rash just last week, I just used a flushable liner and creamed her bottom and all was fine.

Has she changed her washing powder? Could be a contact type dermatitis. Maybe do a strip wash and use a sensitve type wash powder/liquid.

My DD got a bad rash the other week but it turns out she is teething, i also used a flushable liner and Daktozin cream aswell as changed more frequently.

I second the daktozin to clear up the rash and then find out what wipes she is using. My DD gets a horrid rash from Huggies wipes. She is the youngest of 5 and I used the Huggies onall of them no probs. I nearly gave up with the cloth to but now it is the only nappies I use.
I use planet arc sensitive to wash her nappies and cloth wipes.
