Hi, Spencer was born on Jan 15. He's got a cold and a cough at the moment. Has anyone got tips on dealing with runny noses?

Hi!
It depends on what kind of runny nose it is. My natropath says that if its a really watery runny nose than you can use some Nat Mur from your health food shop and it will help dry it up. We've used it for Brianna and it worked really well!
If its thick theres not much you can do - we are battling the same thing with my DD at the moment so I know your frustration! Someone told me to squirt a little breastmilk (if you are BF obviously :p ), but it didnt work for us. Let me know if you find something natural that works!!

Thanks, Briannabear. Spencer ended up getting really stuffed up and wheezy so I took him to the doctors. We were prescribed a nasal spray made out of seawater and it seemed to do the trick. However, I can't say Spencer was impressed with having seawater sprayed up his poor little nose!

LOL!! At least it works!! :D (I dont think Id like anything sprayed up my nose either!! :) )
