Howver, my advise would be to document everything that can be proven - eg texts etc. I think that your ex may be emtitle to access, but how much is debateable, especially with your son as young as he is.

I have also heard that courts don't push overnight visits (or extended hours) if the baby is BF, as they see the importance of this relationship - don't know if this is true, and if it is up to which age the courts see BF as a reason not to give extended visitation.
