Just wondering what sort of baby bags you use? I have been looking around and most of the general ones look too small when you consider carrying MCN's. I would also love one that can be used as a back pack. So what are you all using? How many nappies do you fit in it and how much space is left? TIA

Well, my nappy bag was stolen a little while ago.
I'm right now using a Sesame Street back-pack that DS got in a show bag year before lasts royal show.
I usually only take one change with me, sometimes two.
There is still plenty of room for drinks and stuff, so its not an issue.
I found that I used to take more disposables than I do cloth.. so the cloth actually use up LESS room in the bag. Surprisingly.. :o

Oh very interesting, NCB! I hadn't thought of the cloth lasting longer than the sposies.

I have a normal sized baby bag and I can firt 4 mcns in there plus a couple of disposables. I can't fit any spare clothes or anything else in there though.. I rarely get through all 4 nappies, but sometimes we do and we're about to have 2 in cloth, so not sure what we'll do either.

Neither did I. :o
So in your opinion, official "nappy bags" are a waste of time and money?
I want to get a messenger-type bag, and there are plenty on sale as school starts back this week, but they're just normal bags, so I was a bit unsure whether one of those would do me...
