Ok guys!
The January dinner is only 10 days away so I thought I had better put up a poll so we can get exact numbers.

I will let the poll run for a week to give me a couple of days to adjust the booking if I need to.

If anyone still needs details, let me know & I will send a PM.

Hi everyone
would someone be able to PM me the details like as in what place and time and then I can see if I can get DH to watch Miki

If its ok I would love to come, Providing DH is able to look after her

dormouse
22-01-2009, 23:47
Please make sure you vote 'yes' if you're coming. I will be altering the booking based on the poll results & the restaurant is very popular so I don't want to under book just in case we can't get everyone seated.

Hey guys

Is is ok to vote yes at this stage I will be able to come :smiliedance: yippeee i dont get out much lol, But with miki there is always the huge possibily of something coming up at the last minute if that happens is it ok to pull out, If not I will just have to give it a miss, As I said at this stage all looks good for me being able to go but nothing is a certainty with DD

Yep still coming (have voted) and need to organise a catch up with you in next two weeks as we haven't caught up for awhile.

MM - Totally understand about unforseen circumstances. I'm sure (Lindy - correct me if I'm wrong a I don't know the restaurant), but usually one or two either way is fine for variation. Would be lovely to meet you

Amy, that's fine. As Ronnie said, a couple either way shouldn't be a problem.
Looks like I might have to call & up the booking in the next couple of days anyway. This dinner seems to be more popular than I anticipated!

Oh dear - a thread that's degenerated into a convo about shoes...

Bron - what you need is shoes like the handbag ad I saw today on some morning infomercial show...It comes as a black one, then you snap on the colour/print you want! Voila!

Sentara- we need to see where Bron's at - I was almost considering seeing if I could bring DSD for a bit (she's almost 16 as she's supposed to be coming for the weekend but I haven't heard from her). Would drive myself if this became a reality. (of course I'd be checking with all of you first!)

I thought I was going to Brons, then she and I were coming to pick you and bub up (she has the bubba seat set up.). Will see if she sees this thread bumped up. Otherwise where are you?

She did mention that to me (as she might not have her car yet) but has yet to confirm. Im easy pleased as to who picks me up, as long as i get there :D Will you have room for the pram in your boot?

DH was going to take me as a last resort but that would mean waking Steph up to pick me up, which I really don't want.

Are you sure Sentara? It is a long way from your house & it gets pretty busy there so parking might be a hassle. I would hate for you to overdo it...

Will send a PM now krisein.

Kristy, I hope you are feeling better & you will be able to make it. Will K be coming with you if you come? I just want to make sure we will have enough pram room.

 ill be fine...its not that far and mum and aunty live close so if im not fine to drive someone will come get me and my car.

its only dinner and driving so nothing strenuous, just easier cause then i can leave when Nicole wants to or im too tired rather than dragging others away etc.

im expecting parking to be a crapper hence why im bringing the pram to cart everything round in :p

I just called the restaurant & changed the booking to 12 which means, under their new rules of not having tables of more than 10, we will be split into 2 tables of 6. If anyone can't make it, can you please let me know before 3pm tomorrow so I can call & change the table arrangements. I am trying really hard to not stuff them around too much as they are so busy & extra stress may result in bad service.
